Join us on the rooftop of the Big Carrot for afternoon tea with Animal Liberation Kitchen, founded by Tanya Spasic.
VegTO is partnering with Animal Liberation Kitchen to bring you an afternoon of tea and treats on the beautiful rooftop of the Big Carrot in the heart of Greektown.
Enjoy the afternoon sun on the patio at this family-friendly event! There will be a designated kids area with crafts and colouring while parents can sip tea and mingle with fellow guests. Dress-up is encouraged!
Tanya Spasic, founder of ALK, who will be our hostess for the afternoon. ALK serves the freshest, most innovative plant-based creations, from bold, globally inspired flavours to comforting classics. They create delicious vegan menus for every occasion – from intimate gatherings to corporate events and weddings. Enjoy a taste of their plant-based high tea that is served every Saturday and Sunday at their location in Toronto’s east end.

Tanya will also be bringing a variety of other baked goods from ALK, including croissants, cookies, and brownies, which will be available for purchase to take home or to enjoy with your tea.
