Support Urban Coyotes

There is a young family of coyotes living under someone’s porch in the Annex. Toronto Animal Services focus on a policy of co-existence, but some of the residents are livid about the coyotes and want them euthanized instead.

There is going to be a public meeting about this at Christie Pits Park Wednesday July 8th 4-6pm. Meet at the picnic shelter near the playground. Animal Services rep invites all coyote supporters to the meeting.

A city counsellor and Leslie Sampson from Coyote Watch will be there to speak.

Calls to 311 Animal Services expressing support for the coyotes are appreciated.
