Preliminary Court Appearance – Farm Building Protest

Jenny McQueen is facing criminal charges for attempting to protest the inside the Farm building at the Canadian National Exhibition – aka CNE’s “the ex”.

This court date, in room #202 at 10 Armoury Street in Toronto, is merely a brief appearance to set future dates. Sketch artist David Louis Wall is following this case, and will be in court sketching those in attendance.

The defense lawyer or their representative will likely be attending via zoom.

McQueen says “At a time when animal rights activists are releasing footage from inside disgusting farms, and even inside gas chambers where pigs are lowered, screaming for their lives, the pampered mother pig at the CNE, and the other live animals, resting on hay with their cute babies around them is completely deceiving the visiting public.”

Jenny was with a group of individuals who had all bought tickets to visit the CNE on 18th August 2024. She was the only one arrested.
