2 BACK-TO-BACK DEMONSTRATIONS IN PETERBOROUGH

THIS WEEK’S DEMONSTRATION IS A TWO-FER!

We’ve decided to spread some love and spend some time outside MPP Dave Smith’s office. This will give us a fresh crowd of pedestrians and vehicles to spread awareness to. Please – join us if you can!

2:00pm-3:30pm at MPP Dave Smith’s Office

4:00pm-5:30pm at MNRF Offices
300 Water St., Peterborough, ON, K9J3C7

The purpose of our attendance is three-fold:
1) to bring attention & public awareness about the MNRF’s grotesque actions on Sept 26th with our presence, protest signs, displays, & information handouts. There will be a few extra signs & lots of information handouts available.
2) to provide as many people as possible with the easy-to-follow Action Steps so that they may have their voices be heard on this matter.
3) to apply pressure to the MPP & MNRF by making them aware that our passion for this issue is not quieting down, and that the public is still demanding answers about the well-being and future plans of all of Mally’s raccoons.

Please – no blocking people or traffic, no following people, no swearing, no accosting. It’s important that we maintain the public’s favour of the raccoons and Mally’s.

Dave Smith’s office is located in a strip mall plaza with lots of parking.
There is plenty of street parking all around the front entrance at 300 Water St, Peterborough, including Accessible parking directly in front.
