DESCRIPTION:Don’t turn away. \nPlease join us to bear witness to\, and to speak up for the thousands of baby pigs whose lives are needlessly and violently stolen from them daily at Fearmans slaughterhouse. \nThis event will take place rain or shine. \nTime: 8am – 10am\nLocation: Fearmans Pork Inc. at the northeast corner of Appleby Line and Harvester Road\, a short walk from Appleby GO station. \nParking is available in the Tim Hortons parking lot.\nMaps\, transportation details (GO Train/driving) and parking info will be posted in Facebook comments.\n——————————-\nPlease read these vigil and safety notes prior to attending.\n☮️ Keep Save Movement vigils peaceful.\n1) The purpose of Save Movement vigils is to bear witness\, to see the reality\, to connect\, to document\, then to share with others. To bring peace to a violent space.\n2) This is a love-based action. All communications with the public\, law enforcement\, drivers and slaughterhouse workers are peaceful and positive.\n3) Safety vests will be provided and must be worn be each attendee.\n4) Placards and signage will be provided\, but you are welcome to bring your own love-based signage.\n5) Touching of the animals and/or trucks is prohibited by law. You are welcome to speak words of kindness to the pigs\, or sing to them.
