James has been facilitating vegan outreach workshops for the past 2 years\, as well as attending hundreds of street outreach events\, vigils\, investigations\, and various other forms of activism. \nJen is the Community Development Manager at We The Free and has had a dedicated presence in the animal rights movement for 6 years. Jen has actively explored various advocacy methods\, ultimately finding the coaching approach to be the most impactful. DESCRIPTION:Join us at Scotia Bank Arena where Toronto is hosting the 2024 NHL All Star Game. We will be raising awareness about the realities of the dairy industry that\, sadly\, is the sponsor of our own Toronto Maple Leafs. We will do this by handing out ‘So Delicious’ Ice Cream Sandwiches along with ‘DairyTruth’ leaflets and\, of course we’ll have large signage! Give-Aways are always fun – people like free things and 1500 of them will get to see how great non dairy ice cream tastes! The game starts at 3pm so we want to be there by 2 pm to start handing out the goods! If you have a Leafs jersey\, or can borrow one\, please wear it!!
