SUMMARY:RALLY: Animal Justice in Court to Block Return of Ag Gag Law
DESCRIPTION:Ontario’s dangerous ag gag law—which punishes whistleblowers and hides animal abuse— is back in court. After a judge struck down much of the law as unconstitutional last year\, the province filed an appeal in an attempt to overturn our hard-fought legal victory. Join Animal Justice and friends for a powerful rally outside the Ontario Court of Appeal as we return to the courtroom to defend the ruling. \nThe appeal will be heard by the Ontario Court of Appeal on Tuesday\, June 24 & Wednesday\, June 25. We need you there to show the court—and the public—that Canadians won’t accept laws that cover up cruelty and silence the truth about abuse at farms and slaughterhouses. Join us in an eye-catching rally\,  and help us spread the message that ag gag laws have NO place in Canada! \nSigns will be provided\, and you are welcome to bring your own.
