SUMMARY:The Burrito Project and Winter Clothing Drive & Distribution
DESCRIPTION:We are planning to hand out burritos again (made by Tanya at ALK) and hopefully some winter clothing to our friends who call the streets their home. \nSome of the things we need from all of you are: \n1. Winter clothing donations. All Vegan\, no wool\, fur or down.\n2. $ donations for the burritos\,\n3. Tanya might need help making the burritos and\n4. Help on the day (Saturday November 29) to hand everything out.\n5. A couple of drivers. \nWe can have clothing (only hats\, mitts\, socks\, coats) dropped at Wishbone 600 Bay (but only a few days before\, at the earliest). Let us know when\, what and how much you will be bringing in the Facebook comments. \nOn the day of the event\, we are going to meet at Animal Liberation Kitchen (ALK).  The address is 100 Broadview just south of Queen. Please meet by noon. If you haven’t dropped off your items at Wishbone please bring them with you. \nIf you can donate $ please email transfer to cevrickson@hotmail.com. (Colleen’s email) Please indicate Burrito Project. We will be transparent and keep you updated throughout. We will also announce donations (let us know if you don’t want us to do that)\nLet us know how you would like to help. \nThis is of course also in honour of Leanne and Compassion on the Streets. \nNote: Please check the Facebook event page for updates.
