DESCRIPTION:PLEASE JOIN RACCOON FREEDOM FIGHTERS & MALLY’S THIRD CHANCE FOR A MEMORIAL SHARING & BANNER EVENT IN HONOUR OF MALLY’S RACCOONS \nIt was 6 months ago\, on September 26\, 2023\, that the Ministry of Natural Resources conducted their incomprehensible raid on Mally’s Third Chance Racoon Rescue\, and began their campaign of brutality and terror against the innocent raccoons and beloved rescue centre. \nWE INVITE YOU TO JOIN US ON THE PORTER ROAD OVERPASS OF HIGHWAY 35/115 (MALLY’S EXIT)\nwhere the raccoons were very last looked upon by loving eyes before being driven off to the highway in the backs of MNRF trucks.\nWE’RE LOVINGLY BEING JOINED BY DEREK & TARA OF MALLY’S. \nAnd\, we ask everyone to please consider that this may be especially emotional for them\, and to therefore please respect their cues for comfort and/or space. Your sensitivity\, as always\, is so very much appreciated. \nMONDAY APRIL 1st\nMemorial Sharing 12:00-1:00pm\nBanner Drop 1:00-2:00pm\n17 Farmers Rd\, Pontypool\, ON\, L0A1K0\n(FREE PARKING LOT) \nWe’ll gather together to honour the raccoons’ brief but precious lives\, as well as the formidable efforts of the Mally’s Team to save the hundreds of lives before them with candles\, stories\, Reiki healing\, and a toast in their memory (non-alcoholic option will be available).\nEveryone is welcome to bring their own memorial token\, to offer prayer\, and to share your stories of love. \nNote: Please check the Facebook event page for updates.
