DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE – UPDATED DATE/TIME! \nDue to another similar event being planned for September 13th\, in Hamilton\, we have decided to reschedule this event for Friday\, October 4th so as not to take away attendance from either event. \nPlease join us for a peaceful demonstration where we will be enlightening the public to the realities of factory farming and the plight of farmed animals. \nWe will be holding signage and tv screens that will display footage taken from inside factory farms\, animal farms and vivisection laboratories. We will be outreaching and answering questions from the general public as they watch the videos\, perhaps experiencing this truth for the first time. \nWe encourage all interested individuals to participate\, whether you are an experienced activist or this is your first event. There will be plenty of support for you! You can participate based on your personal comfort level\, holding signs\, tvs\, or outreaching directly to passers-by. \nWe ask that you please dress for the weather and wear dark-coloured clothing\, free of messaging\, so as not to distract from the messaging of the demonstration. \nAll signage\, equipment and outreach materials will be provided. \nPlease review the Animal Save Movement Code of Conduct and MOU\, before attending this event. Code of Conduct – Animal Save Movement. \nWe will meet at the south east corner of Bay and Dundas\, at 5:45pm to set up\, brief attendees and answer any questions you might have. \nIMPORTANT: We will be having discussions with individuals who may not share our views on this topic.
