DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a relaxing\, enjoyable afternoon and let your creative juices flow freely with Kieran Hayes\, volunteer at Wishbone (aka The Sunday Guy). \nAlso\, you are invited to participate in the preparations for the Nuit Blanche art project\, Vegan Flower Action\, where they plan to hand out 2\,853 flowers or seeds symbolizing the 2\,853 land animals killed by the animal agricultural industry every single second. They’re also looking for passionate activists interested in engaging in compassionate outreach and helping to distribute the flowers/seeds.\nBYOM (bring your own materials) or feel free to use what’s available at the Lab. \nAll skill levels from zero to Picasso are welcome. \nWe are a default-vegan centre\, so if you’re bringing food\, it must be plant-based only. \nAs the building that houses Wishbone is a heritage building boasting one of the last attendant-operated elevators in the city of Toronto (but only during weekday office hours)\, Wishbone will unfortunately not be accessible to anyone requiring a lift to the third floor for this particular event.
