Stop Octopus Farming

On 23rd April, around the world, people will come together to show opposition to plans to open an octopus farm in Gran Canaria, an island owned by Spain.
Factory farming these these intelligent, sensitive animals will cause immense suffering and must be opposed.
We will meeting outside the Spanish Embassy which is located at 2 Bloor St W.
We invite all those who feel strongly on this issue to join us and help demonstrate the level of public feeling there is.
Similar events will be held at the same time in cities and towns across the world.
FurFree Toronto is holding a protest against Louis Vuitton right before this starting at 1pm. Join them too if you can.
