Protest to stop the seal ‘hunt’ and more seal kills on both coasts

Fishermen / sealers are demanding more seal killing on the east coast and commercial seal ‘hunts’ or culls on the west coast. Now the DFO is hosting these fishermen in St. John’s, saying that they support sealing and using public money to promote the slaughter of seals. It’s time for Canadians to stand up against the cruelty, waste, and environmental recklessness and demand a Marine Mammal Protection Act for Canada.
