Post-Vigil Unwind with Yoga and Meditation

Please join us after the March 13th Toronto Cow Save vigil for Kundalini Yoga and Meditation led by Jirina Zalu.This event is free and is open to all Save Movement vigil attendees to unwind, release negative energy after bearing witness, and create a flow of positive energy that will ground and bring inner peace. Our hope is to have bi-weekly healing events led by our amazing volunteers.
Kundalini yoga is a yoga of awareness.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system,
strengthens the nervous and immune system, improves our blood circulation, enables us to harness the energy of the mind and emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings.
We will tune in with mantra followed by Kriya which is exercises/ postures, deep relaxation, and meditation. Through meditation, we will calm our mind and develop intuition and mental potential. Jirina will explain and all exercises with students. She will include mantras and music throughout the class.
Bring a mat if you have one. We’ll have a few extras for those who don’t. Snacks and tea included.
