Fur Free Friday Toronto (International)

November 27, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Fur free Toronto

Join us anytime from (3-6 pm) as we take on the 4 corners of Spadina and Queen. We will holding signs and banners, postering/stickering, chanting at times, and providing literature. This may be the last chance we get to persuade shoppers to not buy fur as the lockdowns continue. (we will limit our direct interactions with the public and practice social distancing with each other).

Activists across the World will target designers and luxury retailers who refuse to stop selling fur stolen from millions of animals exploited, violently murdered each year in the name of blood fashion.

This commodity which profits off immense suffering must be wiped out once and for all. Not one animal should be beaten, trapped, anally electrocuted or skinned alive. We must demand retailers step into the 21st Century and realize the fur trade has nothing to offer except the worst sort of cruelty for a product no one needs. In 2020, warm and stylish alternatives indistinguishable are widely available.

We must use our voices by any means necessary to amplify the screams of the countless victims of the fur trade. We will show the public horrific conditions documented on fur farms followed by the brutal methods used to turn animals into coats, trims and morbid accessories.
