DELAYED Court Rally for Jenny McQueen re CNE Protest

Delayed! Lawyer Gary Grill has said he’s still waiting on the evidence – so the court date of the 23rd will be merely administrative – and he won’t be there in person.

There’s really no benefit in anyone making an effort and coming in person on Wednesday.

Jenny and Peter are planning on dropping by at 11am to acknowledge the order to appear – and the frustrations of the Canadian legal system.

Background:
On August 18th, animal rights activist Jenny McQueen was arrested, while trying to protest at the FARM building inside the Canadian National Exhibition – aka the CNE’s “Ex”.
The criminal charge is “disobey lawful order of court”. Lawyer Gary Grill has agreed to argue this charge.
